Wholesale orders
To make wholesale purchases, register in the wholesale panel by clicking LOG IN in the top right corner of our website, tick the option "I want to get access to bulk purchases", fill out the form and attach files with documents confirming business activity.

After successful verification, you will get access to the wholesale panel where you will be able to place wholesale orders.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Methods of delivery

  •  To your home address  - attached to the order form. The parcel will be delivered directly by the Polish Postal Service worker. If the order is carried out in the option "cash on delivery", then the amount of collection will be collected from you by the postal worker. In case of a failed delivery attempt, the postal worker will leave an advice note in your mailbox, based on which you will collect the parcel at the Post Office branch appropriate for your place of residence. In case of orders paid by bank transfer, the postal worker will deliver the parcel without any additional charges. In case of a failed delivery attempt, the postal worker will leave an advice note for you to pick up the parcel at the post office branch with no extra charge.
  •  ·    Collect in-person at the Post Office (former - Poste Restante)   - you can keep your orders private from your family or friends. Select an option in the shopping cart: Cash on delivery - collect in-person at the Post office or card /wire transfer - collect in-person at the Post Office. 
Then you just enter your name, cell phone number (mandatory) and choose the Post Office to which we are to deliver the parcel (the list of Post Offices will be displayed automatically in the shopping cart as soon as you start typing the name of the town where you would like to pick up the item). 

Then, provide your address details (we will nevertheless send the parcel to the Post Office branch you specified earlier) or enter the address of the Post Office branch again if you want to be fully anonymous.

You will receive an e-mail (to the e-mail address provided in the order) when your parcel is shipped a text message with the shipment number when the the parcel is ready for pickup at the indicated Post Office.

NOTE:
If you choose the option of Collect in-person at the Post Office, it is mandatory to provide the cell phone number of the Addressee.

DETAILED SHIPPING INFORMATION - free digital delivery note!!!
A digital delivery note - information when your parcel is ready for pickup and digital electronic delivery note are the latest changes to our offer. You will get a text or e-mail when your parcel is ready for pickup.
We offer two versions of delivery notice. In addition to the traditional paper notice delivered by the delivery person, we provide a free electronic notice - eINFO: avizo. If you are not at home for delivery, you will receive a text message with the shipment number when the the parcel is ready for pickup at the indicated collection point.

Text message or e-mail notification - Full control over order management.
This is a very convenient option, especially when you are away at work or away from home for an extended period of time. 
  •  Collect in-person at the ORLEN gas station   - you can keep your orders private from your family or friends. Select an option in the shopping cart: Wire transfer / card - collect in-person at the ORLEN gas station.

    Then you just enter your name, cell phone number (mandatory) and choose the Orlen gas station to which we are to deliver the parcel (the list of Orlen gas stations will automatically appear in the shopping cart as soon as you start typing the name of the town where you would like to pick up the item).

    The next step, enter your address information (we will nevertheless send the parcel to the Orlen gas station you specified earlier) or enter the Orlen gas station address again if you want to be fully anonymous.

    You will receive an e-mail (to the e-mail address provided in the order) when your parcel is shipped and a text message with the shipment number when the the parcel is ready for pickup at the indicated Orlen gas station.

    NOTE:
    If you choose the option - Collect in-person at the ORLEN station, providing the cell phone number of the Addressee is mandatory.

Buy now, pay later - how does it work?

All natural persons with full legal capacity can buy on installments.

What can you buy on installments?
You can use installments for buying one or several items with a total value from 300 PLN to 20,000 PLN (including shipping costs), purchased in one store and during one transaction. You cannot use PayU installments if you want to pay for the purchased items on delivery.
 

When PayU installments are unavailable?

PayU installments is not available when:

  • the shopping cart contains items with a total value that does not fall within the range of 300 to 20,000 PLN, including shipping
  • you have chosen the option COD - cash on delivery

 

Who provides a loan for online shopping?

The provider of the loan, referred to as PayU Installments, is the lending partner Alior Bank SA. The seller is not a party to the loan agreement you enter into when you buy on PayU installments. The decision to grant a loan also depends on your history in the Credit Information Office. Alior Bank SA is responsible for checking your credit history with the BIK.

 

PayU and lending solutions

PayU is a technical operator that only provides the opportunity to use the loan provided by the lending partner. The loan agreement is concluded between the borrower Alior Bank SA.

 

How long does it take for a lending partner to review a loan application?

The entire process of purchasing on PayU Installments takes several minutes. Exceptions are night hours and holidays.

 

What happens if the loan is denied?

If you are denied a loan, the items will not be purchased. However, remember that you will be able to complete the transaction by choosing another payment method.

 

I got approved for a loan, but the items were not purchased. Why?

During the verification of the loan application, one of the items added to the cart was purchased by another person or the offer ended. The seller will contact you to return the transaction amount to your account. Remember that you can withdraw from the loan agreement within 14 days or use the funds for other needs.

 

What is a minimum/maximum loan amount?

Minimum loan amount is 300 PLN, and maximum loan amount is 20 000 PLN.

 

The number of installments and duration of the loan.

You can choose any number of monthly installments from 3 to 36. The loan term is from 3 months to 3 years.

 

What are the costs of the loan?

The loan origination fee is 0%. Interest rates may vary depending on the store where you store. The interest rate is 13% - for loans with insurance and 16% - for loans without insurance. Representative example: loan amount: PLN 500, number of installments: 18, nominal interest rate: 11%, life insurance premium: PLN 22.50, preparation fee: PLN 0, interest amount: PLN 44.80, RRSO: 18.43%. The final terms of the loan depend on the date of disbursement of the loan and the date of payment of the first installment. Terms of the offer: as of May 22, 2012.

 

What is the process of loan repayment?

You will repay the loan in equal installments. Interest is charged on a monthly basis in the loan installment. You will find the installment amount, repayment date and account number in the loan agreement. You will receive the loan repayment schedule by mail.
 

Is loan insurance mandatory and how to pay it?

The insurance package including life insurance is voluntary. Insurance premium is charged for the entire term of the loan in advance. If you want to buy insurance, you do not need to conclude any additional agreement, just select the option on the credit application: loan with insurance.

 

Is it possible to pay-off the loan repayments early?

Yes, you can repay the loan early. To do so, contact your lender. You will not pay interest for the period after repaying the loan.

 

What documents will be needed to complete the loan application?

You will need an ID card, details of the workplace (name, address, phone) and the period of your employment. Also prepare information about your net income.

    ORDER CONFIRMATION
    Once your order has been accepted you will receive an email requesting to confirm your order by email.
    Remember: we do not require order confirmation to process your order. Orders paid by debit card, credit card or wire transfer do not require subsequent confirmation. Once your package ships, we will send you an e-mail. In order to maintain complete discretion, we do not confirm orders by phone. However, we request that you fill in the field with your contact phone number in the order form. Providing your phone number will allow us to contact you in exceptional circumstances, eg.: if you entered an incomplete delivery address.

    BINDING DURATION OF THE OFFER
    The offer (price information) in our store is binding until the order is processed or canceled.

    ORDER DELIVERY TIME
    The shipment should be delivered to your location within 2 working days from the date of posting. If we are unable to process your order, we will immediately inform you of the nearest possible shipping date.

    Deliveries are made through POCZTEX - Poczta Polska courier services.

Returns / withdrawal from the contract

In accordance with the Law on Consumer Rights:
A consumer who has concluded a contract at a distance or off-premises may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason and  without incurring costs, except as provided in Article 33, Article 34 (2) and Article 35.
The period for withdrawal from the contract begins:

  1. for a contract, in the performance of which the entrepreneur delivers an item to the buyer, being obliged to transfer its ownership - from taking possession of the item by the consumer or a third party other than the carrier designated by the consumer, and in the case of a contract that:
    1. includes multiple items that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts - from taking possession of the last item, batch or part,
    2. consists in the regular delivery of things for a fixed period of time - from taking possession of the first item,
  2. for other contracts - from the date of conclusion of the contract

  4. Replaced or returned products must not have been used.

FREE returns!!!

Our customers do not pay for the cost of returning the goods to us. The cost of return is borne by our company.

 

How to return an order?

After your return was accepted by us:

  1. At https://ezwroty.poczta-polska.pl/, enter the name of our store. Once you have selected our store, click the NEXT button
  2. Fill in the data in the form (fields marked with an asterisk are required). After entering the data, click SEND
  3. At this point, a notification of your return will be emailed to us
  4. When we accept the return in the system you will receive a message from the Electronic Shipper of the Polish Postal Service to the e-mail address you provided earlier. The message will contain a link to generate and save the address label. Click on the link from the email and follow the instructions:
    - select the address or postal code of the post office
    - enter your contact details (fields marked with an asterisk are required)
    - after entering your data, click NEXT
    - by pressing the CONFIRM button you confirm your data displayed in returns section
    - Click PRINT ADDRESS LABEL - the package is now ready for shipment
  5. Go to the Post Office and send your order back to our store.


The right of withdrawal from an agreement concluded off-premises or at a distance does not apply to consumers with respect to agreements concluded under Article 38 of the Law of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights.

Complaints

Our obligation is to deliver the ordered items without defects.
Each of our customers has the opportunity to use out-of-court ways of resolving customers complaints.
Any item purchased from our store is under warranty and can be replaced.
When filing a complaint, please return the goods by registered economy mail together with the invoice you received with it and a description of the reasons for the complaint.

    1.2. The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "RODO").
  2. Gromadzone Dane Collected Data
    Collected personal date refer to: name and surname, name (company), tax identification number (NIP), business address, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail, credit card details, bank account number, user login and password, IP address of the computer used to register or place an order. Personal data is collected when the user registers, fills out the Order form, newsletter sign-up form, LiveChat service form, during communication with the data subject.
  3. The purpose of Data processing
    The data will be processed:
    3.1. To provide the Account service - for the period of maintaining the Account in favor of the User, until the liquidation of the User's Account at the User's request - on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO;
    3.2. To conclude and execute agreements for the sale of products through the Portal - until the completion of the agreement - on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and Article 9(2)(h) RODO;
    3.3. To carry out the Administrator's legal obligations, tax law - for a period of 5 years, counting from the end of the calendar year in which the deadline for payment of tax due in connection with the conclusion and execution of the agreement for the sale of the product through the Portal, or longer if required by law - based on Article 6(1)(c) and Article 9(2)(h) RODO;
    3.4. To enable use of the LiveChat service - based on Article 6(1)(a) and Article 9(2)(a) of the RODO - until you withdraw your consent;
    3.5. To establish, assert or defend against claims that the Administrator or you may have against you (including data contained in the User's Account, data relating to sale contracts of products through the Portal, data processed in connection with answering questions as part of the LiveChat service) – on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) and Article 9(2)(h) of the RODO - for the periods of limitation of claims, as defined by law;
    3.6. To send a newsletter with any information content - until you withdraw your consent - based on Article 6(1)(a) RODO;
    3.7. Display personalized advertisements on our store's website, including understanding shopping processes and relationships between products, based on purchase history, products in the customer's shopping cart and browsing history - until you object - based on Article 6(1)(f) RODO;
  4. Voluntary consent for personal data processing
    4.1. Provision of data is voluntary. To the extent indicated in the Terms and Conditions, providing data is necessary for the purpose of Registration or placing and processing of the Order.
    4.2. You can provide your personal data without consenting to its processing in order to receive the newsletter or use the LiveChat service.
    4.3.If you have given your consent to the processing of your data for the above purposes, you may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at: biuro@medica-group.pl tel.: +48 59 728 50 23 or +48 570 360 920. You can also revoke your consent to receive newsletters by clicking on the link embedded within each newsletter.Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  5. Rights related to the processing of personal data
    5.1. Anyone whose personal data is processed has the right to access, rectify, erase or object to the processing of personal data concerning him/her (if legally possible), to restrict processing, as well as the right to data portability. The person whose data is being processed also has the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.

    5.3. Anticipated recipients of the data are entities to whom the Administrator entrusts data processing, including, for example, entities providing the technical infrastructure used to run the Portal, logistics service providers, entities to which the Administrator has outsourced customer service, employees and associates of the Administrator or these entities - to the extent that it is necessary to carry out the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or arising from contracts you have entered into with the Administrator.
    5.4. The Administrator can refuse the request to delete individual’s Data, as the Administrator remains under a legal obligation to process it.
  6. Data protection
    6.1. The administrator shall apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data, and in particular shall protect the data from being made available to unauthorized persons, from being processed in violation of the law, and from being altered, lost, damaged or destroyed.
    6.2. Only persons authorized by the Administrator are allowed to process your data inside the Administrator's organization.
  7. Other provisions
    7.1. Data may be made available to entities entitled to receive them under applicable law, including competent judicial authorities. The administrator shall provide the collected personal data to government, law enforcement and judicial authorities upon their express request and only in the cases specified by law.
    7.2.     7.3. A buyer purchasing goods in our store can voluntarily agree to the transfer of his personal data, including e-mail address, to Ceneo Ltd. and Opineo Ltd., and for Ceneo Ltd. and Opineo Ltd. to process his/her personal data - only for the purpose of completing the survey indicated in paragraph 8.2.
